Coconut Makes a Wonderful Addition to Many Meals

For anyone that enjoys the taste of coconut, you would be surprised that the ingredient can be used in many meals that will enhance the taste of your meal. You can make pudding pies, mix it in salads or even use it with breadcrumbs. For Men Cook Too , I completed a recipe where I made chicken breasts with a coconut breading. The taste of the coconut adds an extra, intriguing taste to the chicken when pan seared or baked. If you decide to try out my Coconut Breaded Chicken Breast recipe, you can find it in my cookbook which is still in the middle of a crowd-funding campaign on Kickstarter. If you want to try on your own, you have many options for possible sides including white rice or stuffing. If you want to add an extra taste to the dish, make a pineapple salsa to dip the chicken in and mix with your rice.

With any dish, the possibilities are endless for a great meal. All it takes sometimes is a little creativity and some courage to put ingredients together that you may have never considered before.
