Good morning everyone! Welcome again to Men Cook Too. I am happy today we are $5 short of reaching the 50 percent mark for the Kickstarter campaign for the cookbook, Men Cook Too. The past 12 hours have been wonderful with new pledgers, of people I know and don’t know. The support I continue to receive is incredible and to go with recent trends sweeping Facebook is I am going to talk about what I am thankful for.
I am thankful for many things in my life, both personally and professionally. I am thankful for everyone who pledges for my cookbook, whether it is $1 or $100. Every bit counts and I appreciate it all. I am thankful for all those people who have supported me, especially in the past year. Without the support of my family and my girlfriend, Sarah, I wouldn’t be where I am right now. That’s what I am thankful for.
Enough of the sappy stuff. Let me tell you about what I did thus far this week for recipes in Men Cook Too. Without giving too much info, I added some flavor to the traditional breaded chicken dish and brought the taste of New Orleans to Connecticut. Tonight will be a night off from adding more recipes to the book, but there will be at least five new additions between tomorrow and Sunday. Keep tuned here for more info on all these dishes and remember to check out A Caffeinated Brunette for a delicious stuffed shells recipe.
